Submitting Your Article How do I submit something for Shepherd News? All submissions must be sent to mcclains.shepherdnews@gmail.com. As soon as we receive your e-mail, you will receive an auto-reply e-mail from us, confirming that we received you submission. If you DO NOT receive and auto-reply e-mail, then we DID NOT receive the submission. Most likely the email address was not put in correctly. Call McClain's Customer Service Desk if you have any issues or questions. When will my submission print? The deadline for submission is every Tuesday at 6pm. Submissions turned in by the deadline will go to print and then mail out the next Tuesday following the deadline. All articles are subject to available space and the editor's discretion. How much does it cost? All articles and classifieds are printed free of charge as a public service from McClain's with the exception of business ad submissions. Business ads MUST be submitted IN PERSON at the McClain's Customer Service Desk along with your payment. Please call McClain's for current pricing information. What if I have a photo? We prefer that all photos be sent via e-mail. Photos of very poor quality (like those printed on home printer paper) may not be suitable for print. Please e-mail all photos WITH the article from your e-mail directly to mcclains.shepherdnews@gmail.com . You should receive an auto-reply as confirmation of our receipt.
