In this day and age, most other grocery stores find it's most cost effective to sell their customers "fresh" ground meats (ground beef, ground chuck, & ground round included) that were previously ground at another location (days or weeks before!) and run them back through their grinder marketing them as "fresh". McClain's wouldn't do that. Although we do sell previously ground meats for our more cost conscious customers, all of our "fresh" ground meats are just that. They are fresh ground in our store every day; if you don't believe us, look through the window. Wanting Something Special? Just call or ring our bell.
